back at our favorite place |
we took monkey to the zoo.
and we said good morning to the bears.
then we went to the playground.
the frog was spouting out a rainbow for us.
v found an egg (with the paint all but off). i had to promise to get her her own set of play eggs for christmas - otherwise she wasn't going to leave this one behind.
love the egg.
i have the "vivid" turned up on my camera, which really saturates the colors. i like it that way, except that it exaggerates the color of her hand. her hands were definitely cold, but not that cold!
she did eventually put the egg back in the box.
in this little room you could see the baby beavers having their breakfast.
ride 'em cowgirl!

Ooh, how do you turn the "vivid" on? What camera do you use? (Here from Me Ra's blog! ;)

Hi Jessica - I have a Nikon D80. On my Nikon I go to menu, then to "optimize image" and it gives me several choices, including normal, softer, vivid, more vivid, portrait, custom and b&w.

Fun! Thanks! Just getting to know my D70. :)

I think "vivid" is supposed to mimic the old kodachrome film and "more vivid" is supposed to mimic the one that came after that that replaced kodachrome (don't remember the name).
yay! another nikonian! too many canonites out there. ha ha.

I love that monkey backpack! Where did you get it?
Great photos, by the way...
